I recently stayed at this hotel for a christmas party and was pleasantly surprised. The room was cozy and tidy, exceeding my expectations compared to my previous stay in laramie. The staff was friendly and helped us feel at home.

Upon arrival, our rooms were not ready despite the late check-in. Additionally, the overall condition of the hotel, including its premises, was extremely disappointing and neglected.

The exterior of the place looked downright shabby with trash scattered about the parking lot and walkways. The King Room meant to be accessible had serious flaws, like a bathroom setup that wasn’t accessible, making basic needs a hassle. I felt a bit unsafe with a non-locking window and noticed that the sliding window was held together with duct tape, which didn’t inspire confidence. To top it off, the large trash bin near the entrance was overflowing, making the entryway uninviting.

The room was exceptionally clean and offered a cozy atmosphere with soft bedding. The staff was helpful, providing quick assistance with my requests, making my stay very pleasant for a senior traveler like myself.

Improved accessibility in common areas would be beneficial.

This place suits me perfectly! It offers free wi-fi, free parking, and a flat-screen tv. The staff helped me with my room problem even at night, which I remember fondly. I highly recommend it. I'm definitely coming back for a holiday.

Our stay was decent overall, with a clean and comfortable room that provided a good night's sleep. However, the breakfast options were quite disappointing, lacking variety and freshness, leaving little to choose from in the morning. I think they could really improve their breakfast offerings for a better start to the day.

We encountered issues right from the check-in process. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and both rooms we reserved were not ready upon arrival. Despite the chaos, we found some local dining options that were worth exploring, though we had to wait far too long for our meals. Tips, confirm room readiness before arrival and explore nearby restaurants!

We enjoyed the Albany County Fair and the rodeo, and we even tried snowmobiling in the area. The stay was comfortable and conveniently located for exploring fun activities. Perfect for groups wanting to make memories.

One downside was the long check-in process. it took way longer than expected, which was frustrating after traveling.

the outdoor pool was a nice touch, perfect for relaxing after a long day. also, the fitness center had good equipment. it’s located in a sketchy part of town, but the staff were friendly and helpful during my stay.

Alisha was fantastic at check-in! The room heater barely worked, though.

The room was okay, but there were definitely some issues. The window was broken and just had sheetrock in front of it. You could feel the wind coming through the leaky door. No breakfast service, and there was no maid service during our two-night stay. The positive? At least the beds were clean, so that was a plus.
